RSVP tracking & management. Couples will receive a bi-weekly report on of all guest responses
Schedule a final walk through meeting with all vendors to review logistics at the venue
Create a ceremony processional list with your bridal party line up

Venue Management allows couples that have booked a venue that requires an experienced wedding coordinator to help fully manage your ceremony and reception all at the same venue, day-of only.
This is a limited service and great for couples that are fully involved in all their pre planning details and vendor communication leading to their wedding day, but only need support at the venue.
VENUE MANAGEMENT
SERVICE INCLUDES:
30 days walk through meeting at your contracted venue
Review the client's designed timeline, seating chart, group family shot list, and décor packing list for any event recommendations.
Coordinate a 1- hour wedding rehearsal with a practice bouquet, final event walk-through, and a inventory review before the hand off.
6 Hours only of wedding day management by lead planner to serve at your point of contact. This includes setup, vendor load in, and event management at the same venue as the wedding ceremony
1 Wedding Day Assistant
Welcome guests cue musicians, master of ceremony, and the catering team for a smooth event.
NOTE: The client is responsible to coordinate all pre event details and vendor communication.
This service will provide limited onsite day of support.
